And Also Tuesday....

That title is a tribute to a little discussion that I had with Jes & D at lunch on Saturday. Long story! :)

Anyways, today is already shaping up to be a better day. When I got home from work last night, I cooked dinner, ate, and proceeded to lay down on the sofa. I almost fell asleep once around 7:45 while watching the tape of Family Guy & American Dad. So we moved into the bedroom at 8 and watched Las Vegas and the start of the Mavs game. I should say I only watched the start of the Mavs game because I think Austin stayed up for most of it. The stupid thing didn't start until about 10 pm and that is just TOO late!!! ;) Needless to say, I was sad to hear they lost but I haven't given up hope for them yet. Now they have another day or two of rest before having to play again, they can stop having big heads from their 40 point lead over the Rockets on Saturday, and focus on winning this series. Oh and we are SUPER lucky because we found out last night that Austin's dad was able to get tickets from one of his vendors for Friday night's home game so we do get to go to the game! And for free which is very exciting! Hooray! :)

Since I got good sleep last night, I'm feeling much more awake this morning which helps. Tonight we are going to the Kelly Clarkson show which is really cool because it's sold out and even though I feel like a dork saying it, I think she's great and really like her newest CD. I jam it out in the car on my way home from work a lot! It should be a good concert and hopefully it won't be too late since it starts at 7:30 and there is only one guy opening for her. I might be sleepy again tomorrow, but it will be worth it!
