Monday, Monday.....

Another weekend flying by at warp speed! ;) I can't believe it's already May! It seems like only yesterday we were celebrating the new year! In a few weeks, we have our trip to Pennsylvania to look forward to, and I will at least get to see my family and hopefully do some shopping at the outlets up there!!!

Here's a brief recap of our weekend: Friday night came home and went to Seven Salsas (yes we love that place!) for dinner. Came back and watched some TV shows that we had to tivo last week and hadn't had a chance to watch yet.

Saturday, Austin got up early, returned my car to the dealership, I worked on some things on the computer and put away the laundry, then we ran by the post office to ship my grandmother's birthday gift and cards for that and Mother's Day and then went to Mesquite to get my hair highlighted and trimmed. Austin's friend at work does hair on Saturdays, and she is really really good and only charged me $40 for highlights and a trim. And she worked on my hair for like 2 hours! That is amazing - that's cheaper than even the people in my hometown in Florida so I'm really excited because I can actually afford to keep up with my highlights on a regular basis. ;) Then Saturday afternoon, we came back, cleaned up around the house, watched the Mavs game (they won - yippee!), grabbed some Buffalo Wild Wings during the 3rd quarter and after the game, we watched "First Daughter," a typical cute teenagy type flick starring Katie Holmes who I am very bitter to since she dated Chris Klein, Josh Hartnett, and now Tom Cruise!!!

Sunday morning, we got up and went to the shop so Austin could mow the lawn. Then we came home, went to see "A Lot Like Love" at the early matinee (very cute - sweet movie), I did the Core Secrets workout, Austin went to get his haircut, and then we watched TV and relaxed last night. Tonight, we got cheap seats to go to the Mavs game so that should be fun and hopefully this time they will actually win!!!! :)

Other than that, not a lot to report....hope you all had a great weekend and keep on commenting, I feel like I don't have anyone reading my posts any more!!!
