The Week is Nearly Halfway Over

This week has been slower than any I can imagine! I thoroughly enjoyed my two day work week last week and have now become spoiled. :) Too bad I don't have another day off until Labor Day which is the beginning of September. Yikes!!!

They finally did a full inspection of the old air conditioning unit yesterday. Turns out the problem lies with the thermostat (plus the fact that that unit is really old and doesn't function as well as the new one but we'll let that fact go). So today they are supposed to install a new thermostat that can more accurately read the temperature in the room, thereby more accurately functioning and turning on and off more regularly. Hopefully that will be the last of the apartment people in our place for a little while at least. I think we'll be house-hunting once it gets a little cooler! Even a rental house sounds like a good idea at this point.

Other than that, not a whole lot to report. I'm just hoping to make it through this extremely long week! Hopefully I'll think of something more exciting to talk about later - sorry for the boring post!
