Blogging Block

How boring am I? I haven't blogged since Sunday afternoon, and I still don't really have anything interesting to talk about. I must be getting old!

Let's see - this week so far all I've wanted to do is go back to sleep because although I have been sleeping through the night, I seem to have weird dreams, and I never feel like I can get enough rest. I have been told that I'm not sophisticated or confidant enough (long story, don't even want to go there!). I'm waiting for my new CD & book to arrive today. As well as my new chairs to arrive from IKEA hopefully this weekend. At least my wedding dress arrived back safely from the cleaning/preserving place yesterday so that's one step in the right direction!

What else? Trying to figure out all kinds of fun things to get for Austin for Valentine's Day although he already got a putter & golf bag as part of his present early. I have a few tricks up my sleeve, but nothing like he is plotting.....I hate that! I love surprises, but I want to get him good gifts too so that's tricky. At least I have 2 more months to figure out a 6 month anniversary present & his birthday presents. Yikes, time flies!

Dance class has been going well although I'm kind of bored because we are doing the same dance we did last fall again. And it's frustrating because she doesn't quite remember it 100% and is teaching it differently so my body is protesting doing it the new way since it's used to performing it the old. Plus, a bunch of the people that I was friendly with aren't there any more or are out for the semester having babies or other random things so I get annoyed with some of the new people and their attitudes. The beginning of the semester always sucks because of the new people - they either have super attitudes or they suck and quit. Some of them turn out to be cool, but you can always tell the ones that are going to be problematic. Guess we'll have to see how it goes - I don't know if I'll do it after this semester or not.....I love to dance but maybe I should do something less often so I can come and go as I please and do other fun things too. We'll have to see......

Other than that, can't think of anything good to report. I'm excited because we are getting "The Notebook" from Netflix today so I will definitely be watching that with a box of kleenex this weekend in honor of V-day on Monday. Since I will have to be at miserable work on that day. At least I have a cute shirt to wear that I picked up a few weeks ago, and I don't have to go to dance class that night so that helps.

Okay, well, I guess that is enough of my rambling on and on......hopefully I will be in a less sleepy mood next time I write! At least the week is halfway over! :)
