Last Doctor's Appointment

This morning I went for my last doctor's appointment until after Cooper is here! Of course, she was running late because a delivery took longer than expected, so I was there about 2 hours. But everything went well and we are all set for Tuesday morning. His heartbeat was good, my blood pressure was good, and he's still "way up there" so it's good we are doing a c-section and not trying to induce because looks like if it was up to him he would be sticking around in there for awhile longer!

I'm home now waiting to do one last conference call for work (at least I'm at home and comfortable!) and waiting for the paint people to come touch up one of the door frames in our hallway. Then I need to go through some paperwork, make sure all the bills are set up for payment or taken care of before next week, and do some shredding but other than that I should be ready to just relax this weekend. Pretty much everything else is set and ready to go other than having to pack my bag on Monday I guess! :)

I will write again at least one more time before I go into the hospital. Hope you all are having a good week and if I wait to write until Sunday or Monday, hope you have a great weekend too! Can't believe my baby will be here so soon! Yippee! :)

Woohooo!

Ok. I'm only gonna say this ONCE. (voice of experience after having 3 c-sections!). When they tell you that you need to get up and start walking around, walk walk walk walk walk walk walk. The more you walk the faster you're going to heal and feel better. Don't over do it and don't spend too much time laying in that awful hospital bed either. It will end up making a big difference in how you feel when you get home AND what your hormones do over the next 6 weeks or so.

I'll be thinking of you and praying for you guys! Love ya
